This hotel exceeded all our expectations during our stay. the value for money was unbeatable, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the beautifully furnished rooms to the stunning view up the hill to the countryside, everything was perfectly taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making us feel like valued guests. Lastly, the breakfast included in the rate was absolutely delicious, providing a great start to our day.

ok. could have used a bit of help getting luggage upstairs, and thought you might provide a less expensive basic breakfast. i.e coffee, juice and toast

I recently stayed at this hotel for a family get together and had a fantastic experience. The accommodation was excellent, with a spacious lounge area and a well-appointed bedroom. The bathroom seemed brand new and everything was very clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The location was also great, with a steep walk up the hill providing some good exercise and offering beautiful views of the countryside.

All was great, no issues whatsoever.

We stayed at the rombalds for a wedding. But because it has such lovely views we went for a walk the day after too. The staff are incredibly friendly, and we felt nothing would be too much trouble. The town and station are just a short walk away, all round a winner.

Location

Receptionist would not put my Best Western Rewards Points on for me. I booked for dinner and was told I could only eat in the lounge on a very low coffee table which would have been very uncomfortable.I was not offered any alternative so I voted with my feet and ate in the town which was very good.

Had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious with a separate living area and a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and close to Ilkley moor for those who enjoy walking. Another advantage was the attentive service at the hotel's restaurant, where we had an amazing three-course meal. The menu had a great selection of dishes and the staff made us feel truly special.

The hotel seemed outdated and in need of renovation. The room we stayed in was not very clean, with watermarked cracks on the ceiling and old, scratched furniture.

Quiet situation next to the moor yet a short (but steep) walk into the town. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

The hotel's location is perfect with easy access to the town centre and all the major tourist attractions. It is close to St Margaret's Church, which is definitely worth a visit. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
